The Thelo app provides two ways for individuals to look up doctors. A Medicare beneficiary can punch in their zip code, insurance plan and type of doctor (PCP or specific specialty), and a list of doctors who accepts the insurance will populate the screen. The app can also work in that the Medicare beneficiary can input the doctor’s name and the screen will populate with the plans that the doctor accepts.
